For our petite events packages a maximum of 50 guests are allowed. Approval for your event type is required. Examples of petite events include, but are not limited to: Bridal showers, baby showers, corporate gatherings, holiday parties, etc.

*Childrens birthday parties, micro weddings, or weddings of any kind are not eligible for a petite event booking.

$325/hour

3 hour minimum/6 hour maximum

A signed contract and retainer deposit fee of $975 are required to reserve the event date. The remaining balance and additional refundable security deposit are due 14 days before the event. Magnolia Cottage currently accepts payment via cash or check only. Magnolia Cottage will make Friday or Saturday dates available to book within 45 days of the event date. The client will may choose their time frame between 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. for their event time frame. Petite events have a minimum 3 hour rental and a maximum 6 hour rental including set up and tear down.

$300/hour

Magnolia Cottage currently accepts payment via cash or check only. Magnolia Cottage will make Sunday dates available to book within 55 days of the event date. The client will may choose their time frame between 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. for their event time frame. Petite events have a minimum 3 hour rental and a maximum 6 hour rental including set up and tear down.

$250/hour

A signed contract and retainer deposit fee of $750 are required to reserve the event date. The remaining balance and additional refundable security deposit are due 14 days before the event. Magnolia Cottage currently accepts payment via cash or check only. Magnolia Cottage will make Monday- Thursday dates available to book within 70 days of the event date. The client will may choose their time frame between 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. for their event time frame. Petite events have a minimum 3 hour rental and a maximum 6 hour rental including set up and tear down.
