Friday and Saturday events will have the venue from 10am-11pm including set up & tear down. Music must be off by 10pm. Clients have until 11pm for clean up.

Magnolia Cottage has two wedding party suites for you to utilize!

Magnolia Cottage offers a total of 175 chairs to be used between the ceremony & reception. They are beautiful natural wood colored chairs with padded seats. Twenty 60” round tables and four 8’ rectangle tables are also available for use. *Venue capacity is 175 guests

Tables and chairs are included with the rental of Magnolia Cottage. Tables will be set up and ready for the client to position themselves to meet their vision. Chairs are up to the client to set up and maneuver from ceremony to reception if needed. Magnolia Cottage will tear down the tables and chairs at the end of the event. *Magnolia Cottage can hold up to 175 guests

Magnolia Cottage has a prep area with a fridge and freezer for client or vendor use!

Wedding bookings come with a 1 hour rehearsal time frame. We book these based on availability and around other weddings on surrounding dates.

2 mounted speakers are located on the front of the reception building for the ceremony. 4 mounted speakers are located inside of the venue building for the reception. The sound system is bluetooth compatible and comes with a wireless microphone!

*Sound system is meant for clients that want to do their own music, if a DJ is hired they will need to bring their own sound system.
